As always, the summer term has been incredibly busy. As well as all of the examinations at KS4 and KS5, we have hosted the wonderful Year 6 students on their transition days as well as the Vaudeville Cluster putting on their latest spectacular, Disney’s High School Musical.

It's great to see our students getting involved in such a wide variety of extra-curricular activities, from educational visits abroad to environmental projects and charity work. The students that went to Iceland last week had such an incredible time and have seen some truly amazing natural wonders (as well as the wonder of England winning a quarter final that they were lucky enough to watch on a big screen in the centre of Reykjavik!)

We are also really excited about the launch of the Outstanding Student Contribution Awards (OSCAs) for our students in partnership with The Joseph Rowntree Foundation. The awards will hopefully allow us to celebrate the fantastic efforts of all students and perhaps give them the edge when applying for further education. I look forward to being able to share the successes of our students in the future.

As we approach the end of the summer term and the academic year, I would like to thank parents for all of their support, both for their children and the School. I wish everyone all the best for the summer break and I look forward to welcoming our students back in September.

Best wishes
