Stretch & Challenge
Stretch and Challenge Activities
Stretch and Challenge activities give the most able AS/A2 students the opportunity to demonstrate the full extent of their skills and knowledge. This is particularly the case with the introduction of the A* grade at A-level.
Opportunities outside of school to motivate and inspire students include masterclasses and residential university taster days. Links to a range of opportunities that we make students aware of can also be found below. Please note that these activities are simply opportunities for those that wish to participate and are in no way essential for progression to university courses and future careers. Additionally, one off opportunities that come into school will be advertised on the weekly bulletin and common room notice board.
If you decide to make an application for any of the masterclasses /taster days/summer schools please let Mr Coleman know.
