The Joseph Rowntree School

Online Safety

The last two years have seen a significant increase in our use of the internet, and children are online more than ever before. The internet can provide a wealth of information, a way to connect with friends and loved ones, and fantastic learning opportunities, but it is important that young people know how to keep safe online. Through our curriculum, form time and assembly program, we seek to provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to keep safe online, and to have the skills they need to become lifelong learners.

If you have any concerns about E-Safety, you can report these to the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Mr. P Walker by emailing contact@josephrowntree.york.sch.uk
