This traditionally popular subject provides a wide ranging analysis of the modern British and international economy. Economics very much appeals to those students interested in current affairs and world political problems. In addition, those students interested in business and finance will find this course extremely useful. Both year 12 and 13 look at micro and macroeconomics. The study of Economics in today’s climate is very exciting and we make effective use of ICT facilities and resources. Discussion of current economic issues forms an important part of the course.
